Hi Angie,
Last Wednesday I left for the Dominican Republic to participate in a Conference to study educational reforms in Latin America. Although we had long days filled with work, I stillmanaged to stroll the beautiful streets of Santo Domingo, and enjoy the culture. What are your plans this summer?

Yes, summer time is a great opportunity for me to catch-up on things that I haven't had much time to complete. I plan on catching up on some of the assignments that are approaching.
I am on an 11-month contract and my vacation just started. I have been working hard to play catch-up on my honey-do list. The house is getting cleaner and the storm shutters are getting prepared for a possible busy hurricane season.
I am hoping to take a vacation to Colombia to visit with family and friends for some much needed rest and recreation.
This program is intense for me.
